I just made friends with a Nerdfighter!!

She’s in my Drawing class, and on the first day of class we all had to introduce ourselves. She mentioned that she liked the band Chameleon Circuit. Then, on the next day of class, she was wearing a DFTBA shirt that I think she made. So, I asked her if she finished TFiOS yet, and she said she hadn’t but that she was close.

Anyway, she hasn’t shown up for class for the past two class periods. The teacher said that a few people had dropped the class, and I thought she had dropped. Well, I saw her tonight in Walmart (it turns out she works there as well) and asked her if she dropped and she said no.

Then, just now, she added me on Facebook, and we chatted for a little while!
